Hi all! My name is Ellie and I am a Senior at Duquesne pursuing degrees in History and Theater Arts, minoring in Women's and Gender Studies and working towards a Public History Certificate. I've been with the Masquers since my freshman year, stepping into the role of Props Chair my sophomore year (I love finding and organizing trinkets :)), and serving as your VP last year. I am so grateful to be your President for the 24-25 season. I can't wait to see what fun things we do together this year!
Hiya!! I’m Potts, Rachel Potts, and I am happy to be serving as the Duquesne Red Masquers 2023-2024 Vice President as well as being this year's Set Chair. I’m a Theater Arts and English double major, with a minor in Film Studies. Through my major and the Masquers I've had an incredible time being involved since my first semester my freshman year and acting, designing, directing, stage managing, and more with incredible people. If you need me, high chances are you’ll find me in the theater running around and causing chaos. I’m so beyond thrilled to be able to work alongside this amazing team to create a year full of jam packed fun for the Masquers that runs smoothly and help provide students with performance and design opportunities to learn within this organization this year.
Hi Everyone! My name is Rachel and I’m a Senior at Duquesne majoring in Theater Arts and minoring in Music. I’m so ecstatic to be back on the Executive Board for my Senior Year! I served as the Secretary during my Sophomore Year and I’m happy to be back in the position yet again! I have also serve as the Hair and Makeup Chair and the Social Media Chair. I’ve worked as the Technical Assistant for the theatre for the past 2 years so you could say I’m very familiar with the theatre! When I’m not running around the Genesius you can find me playing Fairies, Witches, and other fairytale characters at the Gemini Children’s Theater! I’m so stoked for this upcoming year and can’t wait for all the fun our season has in store for us!
Hi! I’m Julia Kadar and I’m the Historian for the Red Masquers. I'm a Theatre Arts major with a Music minor. I've always loved performing and am thrilled to continue doing so in the Red Masquers organization as well as learn how to perform roles on the technical side. I will also be acting as our sound chair in this upcoming year. I'm very excited for my second year working with this organization and my first as a part of the leadership team!
